The Quality Event Management App Suite consists of multiple Tulip applications that allow you to track and record various quality events and incidents across systems.
Purpose
Quality Events (QEs) are an integral process of any good Quality Management System. They are used to identify anomalies or any departure from expected process or behavior. The objectives of tracking QEs are to provide a systematic way of investigating an event, to determine root cause, to evaluate the need for corrective and/or preventive action, and possibly to help inform product disposition decisions.
This app suite provides a digital way to manage these process steps consistently so that you can spend your time focusing on the investigation. With all your data in digital format you can easily view historical and current records in order to evaluate and manage the effectiveness of your quality event process and focus on continuous improvement.
Tables Used
The primary table utilized by this application is the (Operational Artifact) Defects table, which is used to store deviation events. The app also uses two other tables, CAPAs and Quality Event Comments.
App Structures
The app suite contains three applications: Quality Event Management, Quality Deviation Report Template, Quality Event Dashboard.
The Quality Event Management app allows you to consistently track and manage quality events, including deviations, anomalies, or other departures from expected process behavior. While the app tracks these events, you can focus on finding the root cause. You can easily view historical and current records to evaluate and manage the effectiveness of your quality event process.
