Purpose

The Mobile Hourly Production Scorecard app allows end users to increment an output quantity against an increasing target. Track production performance of workcenters and replace manual scorecard methods like whiteboards. This mobile app provides a simple solution for tracking production, measuring TAKT times, and more.

Setup

Install this app on your tulip.co instance. The installation will also include the (log) station activity history table if you do not have it already

How it works

This app enables operators to easily input production counts and compares it to an incrementing target amount based upon the target per hour goal set. This information is also written to a table in hour increments (Live updates but each row in a table represents an hour of production)
