The Equipment Logbook Application shows an example of Work Instructions to prepare and setup an equipment. The Operator can either select an Equipment from the list Equipment & Assets table, or scan an Equipment. Once the Equipment selected, the Operator will be directed to 2 instruction steps (Prepare and Setup). Once these completed, the Operator can complete the App. At any point of the process, the operator can Log a Comment, View the Logbook (Digital History of the selected Equipment) or manually change the Equipment status.

Tools for Equipment Management

To help manage your equipment, the following app suites and automations are available:

Equipment Logbook App Suite

This app suite includes tools to help you manage master data related to your equipment, track the status of each item, and view the history of individual pieces. For more detailed information, check out this link.

Equipment Cleaning App Suite

This suite demonstrates how to move from paper-based processes to fully digital instructions, step by step. If you want to learn more about this transformation, take a look at this link.

Automations

Automations perform predefined tasks in the background without requiring user interaction, saving time and effort for end users. For example, they can automatically update equipment statuses based on certain conditions. You can find more detailed descriptions at Calibration Status Reset and Equipment Status Reset.
