Machine Startup Checklist

Purpose

This app serves as an example of a checklist in Tulip. Feel free to use it as a template when building your own checklist applications.

Setup

This app is ready to use immediately after installation. Simply select Run or Test. However, you have the freedom to adjust it to better align with your processes. We have provided a few examples within the app that could be reviewed during a machine startup for one specific machine. If you would like to customize these items, go to the Complete Startup Checks step and add your own startup requirements there.

How it works

This application saves information into completion records, rather than using tables. The app contains 5 steps.

On the first step, users are required to identify the machine by providing either a machine ID or by scanning a barcode.

In the next step, users complete the startup checklist. If they identify any issues, these can be logged by clicking the "Log Issue" button. This action will navigate the app to the "Log Issue" step.

Once users have completed the startup checklist, they can finalize the process using the signature widget.
