Purpose

This app is an example of a check list in Tulip. Run the application to test out building a check list in Tulip. Then use the app as a template to build out your own check list applications.

Setup

This app works out of the box. Select Run or Test after installing.

How it works

• Identifies machine from a QR code on the machine.
• Check list uses check box inputs each with individual variables
• Issues can be logged for later review with photos and comments
• User reviews and completes using signature feature
