Purpose

The Kamishibai App Suite enables frontline leaders to perform visual quality audits in their operations easily.

Setup

The App Suite contains two apps:

1. Kamishibai Audit App (Operator)
2. Kamishibai Card Management (Supervisor)

How it works

At a high-level, the Kamishibai Card Management App is used to create, manage, and modify cards and locations. The Kamishibai audit app is used to execute these audits. The audit app has steps applicable for both mobile and tablet viewing.

Tables Used

The following tables are used in the Kamishibai Quality Audit app:

• (Definition) Tasks
• (Log) Inspection Results
• (Definition) Locations

(Definition) Tasks: This table is used for defining the quality audit tasks for each location

(Log) Inspection Results: This table shows a summary of all inspection results and timing

(Definition) Locations: This table contains all details of locations for card audits
