The QMS App Suite consists of multiple Tulip applications that allow you to track and record various events and incidents across systems. The QMS App Suite contains the following applications:
The purpose of the QMS Dashboard application is to allow users to see the health of all their QMS systems and track important datapoints and metrics.
Quality Events (QEs) are an integral process of any good Quality Management System. They are used to identify anomalies or any departure from expected process or behavior. The objectives of tracking QEs are to provide a systematic way of investigating an event, to determine root cause, to evaluate the need for corrective and/or preventive action, and possibly to help inform product disposition decisions. This application provides a digital way to manage these process steps consistently so that you can spend your time focusing on the investigation. With all your data in digital format you can easily view historical and current records in order to evaluate and manage the effectiveness of your quality event process and focus on continuous improvement.
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are an integral process of any good Quality Management System (QMS). They are used to identify actions that may either correct an identified root cause or prevent that cause from happening. The objectives of tracking CAPAs are to provide a mechanism for minimizing risk of harm (fixing an existing root cause) or to drive continuous improvement, which is a cornerstone objective of QMSs as a whole. This application provides a digital way to manage this process consistently so that you can spend your time focusing on improving your risk profile or QMS effectiveness as a whole. With all your data in digital format you can easily view historical and current records in order to evaluate and manage the effectiveness of your CAPA process and focus on continuous improvement.
The Digital Systems Inventory Application allows you to create and maintain records of all digital systems being used in the workplace. Furthermore, this application helps you keep track of the various Business and Technical Owners for these systems as well as track access review data, in terms of past reviews and upcoming access review dates. With all your data in digital format, you can easily view historical and current records as well for all Digital Systems.
The purpose of the Digital Systems Access Management Application is to allow users to submit requests for access to various digital systems as well as to allow supervisors to review these requests and provision and take away access from digital systems as and when required.
Third Parties form an integral part of the workplace. The Third Party Management Application allows you to create and maintain records of all third party requests submitted as well as all third parties being used in the workplace. This application allows you to submit requests for new Third Party Systems to be used in the workplace, to edit third party information, to define performance approach, to edit the status for the third party, to conduct a performance review and to view history of a Third Party record. With all your data in digital format, you can easily view historical and current records as well for all Third Parties.
The purpose of the Security Incident Management application is to allow facilities to track security incidents as well as allow users to submit incidents into the system. Facilities can use this application to track details of security investigations, perform investigations and make a note of containment activities and create CAPA events if required to address any situations.
