If you haven't already, make sure to spend a couple minutes to review "The Essentials - Intro To Tulip"
Now that you have an understanding of how the Tulip platform works, let’s walk through the steps required to log into your Tulip account.
Note: Tulip is optimized to run on Google Chrome, so ensure that you are using Google Chrome whenever you are logged into your Tulip account.
10 minutes after signing up, you will receive an email from Tulip with a link to create an account. This email will be generated when you sign up for Tulip at tulip.co.
If someone from your company already has a Tulip account, they can invite you directly to Tulip. This is covered in 3 - A Tour of Tulip, which is the next introductory article.
Don’t see the email? Search your inbox for an email with the subject line 'Your Tulip free trial is ready'. Sometimes they end up in the spam folder.
(Still don't see it? Send us an email at email@example.com.)

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Can't access the site? Make sure you have verified that the following IT requirements are in place.
Keep in mind: your account is located on a subdomain of Tulip. If your account name is "acme", then your URL will be acme.tulip.co.
Tulip does not support Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Internet Explorer (IE) due to certain security and performance requirements. If you typically use these browsers, you will need to download Chrome to access Tulip.
