This application is a pre-configured, functional logbook, from which steps can be used to create custom logbook applications for facilities

Purpose

This application is a pre-configured, functional logbook application which is ready to use upon download. It contains various different steps and methods that a facility can use to create, view and correct logs of equipment related events that occur specific to the facility.

Overview

This application makes use of the *Assets table primarily as well as the *Events table. The Simple Logbook Template provides a template for basic logs, normal logs with e-signatures, correcting logbook entries with e-signatures and templates for entries with data, entries with graphics, work instructions with videos, work instructions with videos and checklists, work instructions with graphics and work instructions with graphics and checklists.
