Version 2.10 of Desktop Player is available for download by 9:00PM ET(Jan 31st, 2026)! If you have auto updates enabled, the Desktop Player application will update in the background and changes will take effect the next time the application is restarted. Alternatively, you can manually initiate the update process from the file menu. In addition, underlying infrastructure and tools has been updated for the Tulip Player.
Bug Fixes
- A SAML-related bug fix for SAML login on Player2.9.1 using SAML where player would crash.
- Fixes an issue where the Cognex Insight run command function would only return the status code when the command had a single value after the status code.
