Features and Improvements
Agent
- Role-based access control for AI agents is now available to all users. Users with the appropriate role permissions can access the agent builder and agent chat without an administrator turning on a setting first.
Automations, Functions
- Performance improvements for very large function traces.
- Users can now add new table fields to existing "Get table record" actions in a Function or Automation.
Connector
- In Connectors, OPC UA connector configurations can now be exported and imported alongside the other connector types.
Custom Widget
- Added a control at the top of the Custom Widgets page that allows Account Owners to disable all access to Custom Widgets.
Display Devices Page, Stations Page
- The Stations and Interfaces list pages now load faster in instances with large numbers of stations or interfaces.
Functions
- On the Functions page, if no functions exist, the empty state now includes updated messaging and a "Learn more" link to the Functions documentation.
- Functions can now atomically increment or decrement numeric table record fields, replacing the need to call the increment endpoint through a connector function or implement a multi-step get, update, save flow.

| PLAT-53473 | In Automations, "Matches regex" and "Does not match regex" conditions now use the same regex engine as Expressions, to improve performance and reliability. The regex engine no longer uses backtracking or lookarounds, but will still evaluate and ignore regex patterns it can’t do. |
| PLAT-52829 | Fixed an issue where the "Recenter contents" shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+C) didn't work on Windows in the Automations editor, App Diagram canvas, and Agent editor, opening the browser's DevTools instead. In the App Editor, the "Reset View" shortcut changed from Cmd+Shift+Z (Ctrl+Shift+Z) to Cmd+Shift+C (Ctrl+Shift+C). |
| PLAT-52119 | Fixed a bug where CSV imports into large tables could run slowly or fail with errors. |
| PLAT-17169 | Fixed an issue where images and files in an analysis on a shared dashboard did not display for viewers who were not signed in, and the slideshow view appeared empty. Images on links that have already been shared will now be visible to anyone holding the link. |
