Release 343 brings updates to several features and bug fixes throughout the platform.

Features and Improvements

Account Settings

  • On the Account Settings page, we've improved the clickable area for toggles.

Connector

  • Enhanced error handling for Connectors, where users can now access detailed error information through a new "Review error" option, next to the Test button. This feature includes optional AI-powered, actionable troubleshooting to help explain technical errors and suggest potential solutions.

Functions

  • For Functions, added support for Archive and Restore capabilities.

Table

  • When the inputs to table queries or interactive table widgets change in quick succession, the requests to fetch or update table records will wait until the previous request has completed. This update prevents multiple simultaneous requests and improves performance. There is no change to the functionality of the widgets or queries.

Bug Fixes

Release 343 contains multiple bug fixes:

Referenced Ticket Description
PLAT-48549 Fixed a bug where the OAuth user credentials flow would not re-initiate the authorization process upon a failure to fetch the refresh token.
PLAT-48287 In the Activity Feed, fixed an issue where deactivated users would incorrectly appear as "Tulip Server" instead of their name.
PLAT-48241 Fixed an issue where users with full edge device permissions via their custom role could not modify gateways.
PLAT-48489 In the App Editor, we've disabled the ability to copy and paste widgets that contain record placeholder references or table queries across Workspaces. This update prevents broken references.
PLAT-48375 Fixed a bug where, when running an app, if the Player did not change steps since loading/reloading, the device event triggers for an edge device may not have fired.
