Features and Improvements
Automations
- Introducing AI Workflow Agents in Tulip Automations
The new AI prompt action turns automations into intelligent AI Workflow Agents. Provide Tulip's AI model with clear written instructions and relevant data, and it will generate actionable insights and execute tasks through automation actions.
Here are a few ways you can use the new Prompt action:- Generate comprehensive reports combining your shop floor data with data from all of your business systems.
- Classify defects and errors quickly and accurately by analyzing historical defect or inspection data.
Inspecting Apps
- There is now a "Diagram" button on the App Overview page that will create a high level diagram of any version of a given app. The diagram will show app transitions and different table records and connector functions that have been impacted by each step, this allows users to quickly understand the app design and flow.

Triggers
- Adds a button to the trigger editor that allows users to generate a summary for the trigger using AI. This feature should enable users to quickly generate descriptions that improve the scannability of their triggers. This feature can be enabled and disabled within Tulip AI account settings.
