# Platform Release 309  - March 2025

Release 309 brings updates to several features and bug fixes throughout the platform.

## Features and Improvements

### General Improvements

- The left panel during apps' testing in developer mode has updated colour and text treatment
- A description and a learn more button with Knowledge Base link is added to the subheader of all the Stations, Interfaces, Machines, Edge Devices and Vision pages within the platform.
- A description and a learn more button with Knowledge Base link is added to the subheader of all the Apps, Tables, Connectors, Custom Widget and Users pages within the platform.

## Bug Fixes

Release 309 contains multiple bug fixes:

| PLAT-42609 | Fixes in issue for broken analyses which used Machines with Custom Activity Fields. |
| PLAT-42340 | Fixes an issue where connection errors displayed at the top of the Tulip Player could push the lower part of the running app's content off-screen. |
| PLAT-39983 | Bug fix for Inspect App feature where Connector function calls were showing as Record Placeholder updates |
| PLAT-42553 | Fixes an issue where number inputs were incorrectly passed into the Write Machine Attribute trigger action |
| PLAT-42179 | Fixes a bug which prevented Tulip Library assets from being installed in Azure gardens. |
| PLAT-34622 | Fixes a bug where "Machine datasource" permission is marked as "Limited Access" when duplicating the Administrator Tulip role to create a new custom role. |
