## Using the Kolver EDU 2AE/TOP/E Driver

This article describes the capabilities and configuration associated with the Kolver-EDU-2AE-TOP-E driver in Tulip.

## Capabilities

The Kolver-EDU-2AE-TOP-E driver supports bidirectional communication between controller and Tulip.

#### The driver supports setting programs with one property:

- Run Program - a number corresponding to a program set on the Kolver.

This output can be used in a Tulip App Trigger as shown below:

#### The driver reports that a program is complete with one property:

- Kolver Program Ended -  True if program completed successfully.

This output can be used in a Tulip App Trigger as shown below:

## Configuration

In order to use your Kolver controller with Tulip, you will need to build a cable and configure the controller to use it with the Tulip Edge IO or IO Gateway. Then, visit the Device Portal page for your Device to turn on the driver.
