Features and Improvements
API Tokens
- "API Tokens" have been renamed "Service Accounts" to avoid confusion with other API and authentication concepts that use the word "token."
App Completions
- Fixed an issue where an app completion that failed to save for a permanent reason (for example, a value too large for its column) was retried until the retry limit was reached and then discarded silently.
Enterprise App Exchange
- In the Enterprise App Exchange, updating an app now always saves a snapshot of the development version before installing. The option to skip that snapshot has been removed, so a partly applied update can always be rolled back.
Enterprise App Exchange
- The Enterprise App Exchange settings are now available in instances that do not use Workspaces. Previously, the enable toggle, the invite flow, and the related role permissions were hidden unless Workspaces was enabled.
Custom Widget
- Custom widgets that make requests to local network resources (localhost, private IP addresses, or .local hostnames) continue to work on Chrome 142 and later and Edge 143 and later, which now require explicit permission for local network access. Operators see a one-time browser permission prompt the first time such a request is made.
Form Step
- In the App Editor, the form step migration tool is now available to all app builders. The tool generates a regular step from a form step. The converted form step is not an exact copy and should still be reviewed before use.
Vision Camera Configurations
- IP Cameras are now available to all Vision customers.
