Tulip provides Long Term Support (LTS) releases to select customers. Each LTS release has a defined lifecycle, including a date for the End of Support (EoS). It is critical for customers to track these dates and upgrade to the latest supported release.
Understanding Tulip LTS Support
Each Tulip LTS release receives critical security patches and P0 bug fixes for the duration of its supported lifecycle. Tulip supports each LTS for 12 months after the next LTS comes out.
Once an LTS release reaches its End of Support date, Tulip will no longer guarantee fixes or provide technical support for that version.
We strongly recommend upgrading to a currently supported LTS release before the EoS date. Please work with your CSM if you have any questions.
