Tulip OS60 Release - March 2025

We are thrilled to announce the release of OS 60 which includes several exciting updates and improvements that we believe our users will appreciate. We strongly encourage all Edge Device users to upgrade to this latest release. Details managing your Edge Device firmware or enabling auto updates can be found in the Tulip Knowledge Base.

Note: This is available immediately on the biweekly release and for LTS14.

Feature Enhancements

• Added driver support for Phidget 1-port VINT Hub (HUB00070).
• Add driver support for Phidgets a six VINT port Hub (HUB002_0).
• Enable ACME certificate management for Tulip Edge Devices which allows for automatic certificate management.

Feature Deprecation

• This ticket deprecates the ability to run Player on Edge IO for OS60 and higher. Please read here for more details.

Bugs

• Fixes for Fluke-28x driver not connecting to the device.

• Fixes an issue with the Generic Zebra Printer's Print ZPL action when the value of a static field in the trigger is to an empty value.

• Fixes an issue where the analog input would occasionally start outputting an almost constant value.

• Fixes issue where connector host service was crashing due to unchanged environment variable.

• MQTT Bridge Logs, MQTT Broker Logs, System Module Logs should work correctly in log viewer UI
