Kaizen Funnel

Use this application in order to enable users to submit and track Kaizen opportunities

Purpose

This application is meant to provide a mechanism for workers to submit and track Kaizen opportunities across a company.

How it works

The Kaizen Funnel application allows workers across the company to submit Kaizen ideas as well as track the progress of their Kaizen opportunities. There is also a section for management members to review and accept or reject all submitted Kaizen opportunities, while providing reasoning for the same. Lastly, there is a dashboard which allows management to track data such as the number of ideas submitted in a month, the number of ideas accepted in a month and the number of Kaizen's completed that month.
